Beaxy utilizes a modular and layered architecture. We are making upgrades to components multiple times per week, often with zero downtime for our users in cases which do not require us to halt the matching engine, or only needing to temporarily (1-5 minutes) pause one isolated component like new logins, withdrawals, deposit processing, or mobile access while an update is occurring.

In the case of updates which will affect customer orders, matching, or the main exchange user interface, and in all cases for which maintenance will be for an extended period of time, we are committed to making our best effort to notify users in advance, and if necessary, to cancel customer orders proactively to avoid any surprises or market dislocations during extended maintenance.
