InterPlanetary File System (IPFS)

Formally launched back in 2015, the InterPlanetary File System or simply, IFPS, pertains to a peer-to-peer hypermedia protocol built to make the web run speedier and more secured, without compromising access to all user types.

Among the many other functions possible through the IFPS, users are given the capability to share files and host web applications.

The soundness of the use of the IFPS lies in its ability to render the user’s identity anonymous and renders the payload resilient. Note that offensive engagement brings challenges and varied requirements so goals may be reached.
